About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse, you will support clinical leadership and act as a key escalation point on shift while continuing to deliver hands-on resident care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting clinical leadership and acting as senior RN on shift

• Conducting clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation

• Medication management and clinical oversight

• Supporting junior nurses and care staff

• Assisting with audits, accreditation, and continuous improvement

• Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in residential aged care

• Ready to step up into a Clinical Nurse role (leadership development supported)

• Strong clinical judgement and willingness to learn

• Good understanding of aged care standards and clinical governance

• Willingness to relocate to Tasmania
